Let’s heal together.
Our Services
Individual Sessions
As a certified Narrative Focused Trauma Care practice, we help people make sense of how they experience the present, based on formative events that shaped their past — because when you understand your story, you can move toward transformation.
55 minutes | 6 or 12 Week Package Recommended
Story Groups
Seeing our stories through the eyes of others helps us identify and address the events that have shaped us and how those stories impact how we relate to ourselves, God, and others.
We walk alongside one another during group work, offering care and connection through vital conversation. It is in the particularity of distinct moments of shame, betrayal, and/or powerlessness that our hearts have received lasting imprints.
90 minutes | 6 Weeks | Weekly Meetings
Through individual sessions and/or 6-week story groups, you are invited to write your story, engage it and explore how it has impacted and shaped your identity, beliefs, emotions, spirituality, style of relating, and calling.
Engaging our own stories of harm takes courage, support, and tools. Meditation, mindful movement, breathing exercises, and ritual are some of the resources you will be invited into to support the sacred work of entering our stories with kindness and grace.
Story Work
Trauma, harm, and suffering cause fragmentation in our minds. Our brains are literally changed, and our actions and reactions are based on keeping us safe. This creates an inability to be fully present as we feel disconnected from ourselves and others.
Seeing our stories through the eyes of others helps us identify and address the events that have shaped us and how those stories impact how we relate to ourselves, God, and others.

“Suz created a brave space for our cohort where we felt safe to access the vulnerability we needed in order to access the really tender parts of our stories. She was an expert at sensing when we needed a push to go deeper, and when we needed space to sit with a warm virtual hug from the group.”
